K & B Homes, LLC was established in 2019 by Bob Jones and JD Brewster. Bob was the owner of Professional Plumbing, established in 1996. Plumbing is a labor-intensive trade and he knew that he would not be able to work as a plumber forever. He began to build custom and spec homes in 1998 under the K & B Properties, LLC name with dreams to become a fulltime custom home builder. JD Brewster was a plumbing supply representative from 2007-2018. During his time as a plumbing supply representative, he would call on Professional Plumbing and built a business relationship with Bob. In 2015 K & B Properties, LLC helped build JD’s family home. After the experience, JD was so impressed with the building process he decided to go into the home building business with Bob. In 2019 Bob and JD opened K & B Homes, LLC in Moore, OK. What started as a two to five home a year business now averages 30 custom homes per year and plan to continue growing in hopes of becoming Oklahoma’s number one custom home builder.

My wife and I decided to hire K&B for our new home project a little over a year and a half ago, easily one of the best decisions we've ever made. K&B (Bill) built our new home and it was done with quality construction and care. While there were bumps along the road, Bill made sure things got resolved and came back to address any issues. Even after the home was finished, Bill and his crew came back and took care of things that needed to be addressed. This is an important aspect to a 'Good builder' who stands behind their product. To come back and honor the warranty issues and make sure things are taken care of. Our home was just finished August of 2016 and it was a brand new construction from ground up. This was also my first 'new construction' so I was a bit nervous and it was a lot to deal with for me and my wife. But Bill was good to work with and was able to make sure things kept moving.Now we are going to be working with Bill to finish our basement and I can't wait to see how that turns out.I would recommend K&B to others who is in search of a good builder who knows how to build homes.
