We met with several builders before we selected K & B Homes. Our home design was a bit unique and instead of trying to convince us to change our design like the others did, Bob and JD did everything they could to make it happen. It was a great experience working with them and the finished product is better than we imagined. We are very happy living in our new K & B Home - Thanks Bob and JD.

We cannot say enough good things about K&B,They are the best, we lost are home april 19 2023 to the tornado that hit the blanchard ,cole area, we were impressed how they built our neighbors home and chose them to build ours and glad we did they were right there anytime we had questions and did everything they said they would and could not be happier.Thank you JD and Bob for easing the pain we went through by building us a beautiful home.

My wife and I decided to hire K&B for our new home project a little over a year and a half ago, easily one of the best decisions we've ever made. Bill and crew were always open to any ideas my wife and I had, any minor hiccup (because there always is) was quickly addresed and taken care of. We cannot wait to start our next project with K&b, truly a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

K&B (Bill) built our new home and it was done with quality construction and care. While there were bumps along the road, Bill made sure things got resolved and came back to address any issues. Even after the home was finished, Bill and his crew came back and took care of things that needed to be addressed. This is an important aspect to a 'Good builder' who stands behind their product. To come back and honor the warranty issues and make sure things are taken care of. Our home was just finished August of 2016 and it was a brand new construction from ground up. This was also my first 'new construction' so I was a bit nervous and it was a lot to deal with for me and my wife. But Bill was good to work with and was able to make sure things kept moving.Now we are going to be working with Bill to finish our basement and I can't wait to see how that turns out.I would recommend K&B to others who is in search of a good builder who knows how to build homes.

Overall a really good experience. A few bumps, but very Happy with the final product. K&B took our vision and made it into reality. would use them again and again.
